Hana did an amazing job on my nails. The designs came out exactly how I wanted it to. And Cindy did a wonderful job with my pedicure , I always ask for longer massages because she does such a great job!!
I love coming to this salon because they take such great care in making sure to give the client the high quality nails! Natalie did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be returning back again!
Cindy was great with my ingrown toes and it was easy to book the appointment did have to wait 15 min after the appointment time but they did put me in the massage chair after about 5 min. My first time I was offered a beverage but not this time which would have been a nice touch while waiting. The ladies were very detailed and Tina did a great add on for neck massage for 15 min for $15.00 overall would come back for Cindy and Tina
Ok, so I had a hard time sticking with a place who didn't make me bleed and The Nail Boss is the place! They are gentle and listen to what you say. The place is immaculate.
Over all it was a nice experience the lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did an excellent job, wouldn’t mind sitting with her again. The lady who did my manicure did a great job with the manicure, my nail shape and cuticles look nice. Unfortunately when it came to doing my cat eye nail polish, it was painfully obvious that she was inexperienced with doing cat eye, and using the magnet. I tried to help guide her and politely give her some direction On how it’s done because I’ve been doing cat eye nail polish for many years now, but unfortunately, she didn’t listen and it didn’t come out nice or proper. She kept trying to correct her mistakes by adding more layers of nail polish so some of my nails got like six or seven layers and are coated very thick. Also, I think she could tell I wasn’t very happy at the end so when she applied my clearcoat finishing layer, it was not applied very carefully or evenly and you can see areas where it’s missing some nails. As always, the lady who works, the front desk was beyond kind and she took care of me after voicing my dissatisfaction.
